Three mono-, bi- and tetranuclear copper(I) complexes, [Cu(phen)(triphos-O)]BF4 (1) (phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, triphos = 1,1,1-tris(diphenylphosphinomethyl)ethane), [Cu2(bipy)(triphos)2](BF4)2 (2) (bipy = 4,4′-bipyridine), and [Cu4(MeOC^N^N)4(triphos)2(bipy)](BF4)4 (3) (MeOC^N^N = 6-(4-methoxyphenyl)-2,2′-bipyridine), have been synthesized and characterized by NMR spectroscopy, electrospray ionization, and matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometries, elemental analysis, and X-ray crystal analysis. The crystal structure investigation revealed the copper ions of the complexes have pseudo-tetrahedral coordination geometry. The electronic absorption spectra of 1, 2, and 3 contain low-energy bands at 350–500 and 400–650 nm, which are assigned to d(Cu) → π*(phen or bipy) and a mixture of d(Cu) → π*(MeOC^N^N) and d(Cu) → π*(bipy) transitions, respectively. Complex 2 displays a strong, long-lived solid-state emission with a maximum at 555 nm and lifetime of 13.6 μs at room temperature. Photoinduced electron-transfer properties of 2 and 3 involving nanosecond time-resolved absorption spectroscopy and electron spin resonance techniques were studied. 相似文献

Crude rhubarb subjected to different processing procedures will produce different therapeutic effects that are possibly due to processing‐induced variation in chemical composition. In this study, a chemometric approach based on ultra fast liquid chromatography with ion trap/time‐of‐flight mass spectrometry was established to systematically investigate the chemical variations of rhubarb induced by different processing methods. The approach was validated based on pooled quality‐control samples from two perspectives: the individual properties of variables and the bulk properties of samples. Orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis was introduced to compare the differences between crude and processed rhubarb products. A total of 20 significantly different markers were screened out and unambiguously/tentatively characterized. This research proved that a chemometric method based on ultra fast liquid chromatography with ion trap/time‐of‐flight mass spectrometry can comprehensively analyze the chemical variation of herbal medicine and provide evidence for a deeper understanding of the pharmacological activities of processed rhubarb products. 相似文献

Cassane diterpenoids were successfully and simultaneously identified in Caesalpinia minax Hance by high‐performance liquid chromatography coupled with quadrupole time‐of‐flight tandem mass spectrometry. A total of 59 peaks were detected, and among them 51 compounds, including 41 furanocassane diterpenoids, 10 furanolactone cassane diterpenoids were simultaneously identified and characterized on the basis of the protonated molecule, retention behavior, and fragments in MS2. Ten compounds, including seven novel compounds, were identified or tentatively identified for the first time in C. minax. In a positive ion mode, the fragmentation pathways of cassane diterpenoids were also analyzed for the first time. The relative amounts of the five main diterpenoids (caesalpinin L, caesalpinin F2, bondcellpin C, caesalpinin E, and ξ‐caesalmin) were simultaneously quantified by high‐performance liquid chromatography. Results showed that the newly discovered and known components of C. minax can be used to determine the material basis of bioactivity; this method can also be applied to analyze cassane diterpenoids in herbal medicines from the genus Caesalpinia belonging to the family Fabaceae. 相似文献

A series of AuPd@C nanoalloy catalysts with tunable compositions were successfully prepared by a co-reduction method. The use of borane-tert-butylamine complex as reductant and oleylamine as both solvent and reductant was very effective for the preparation of the monodispersed nanoalloy. We evaluated the catalytic activity of these AuPd@C nanoalloys for oxidative dehydrogenative coupling of aniline, which showed better catalytic activity than equal amounts of sole Au@C or Pd@C catalyst. The Au1Pd3@C catalyst exhibited the best performance, indicating that the conversion and selectivity were improved along with the increase of Pd composition. However if the Pd composition was too high in the AuPd alloy, Au1Pd7@C achieved only 81% conversion in this reaction. 相似文献

A convenient approach towards the synthesis of orthogonally protected chiral bis‐α‐amino acids (OPBAAs) is described. The key transformations include: (1) a highly stereoselective conjugation (alkylation) of the Schöllkopf bis‐lactim ethers and oxazolidinyl alkyl halides to build a backbone skeleton; and (2) our orthogonal protection strategy. A series of enantiopure OPBAAs bearing a variety of alkyl chain as a spacer; two stereogenic centers; and three protecting groups were prepared as examples. 考察了不同加工干燥方法对杜仲整体代谢产物的影响。分别制备新鲜杜仲、堆置“发汗”、烫泡“发汗”和阴干杜仲样品,进行超高效液相色谱-串联质谱代谢组学分析。通过主成分分析(PCA)、正交偏最小二乘法判别分析(OPLS-DA)等多元统计分析方法,筛选出不同加工干燥方法下杜仲的差异代谢物,比较其相对含量。结果显示,4个组的杜仲样品在PCA得分图中可明显区分。与新鲜杜仲相比,杜仲加工干燥后有170种以上的代谢物发生显著变化,其中超过80%的代谢物表达上调。3种加工干燥方法之间,堆置“发汗”杜仲的上调代谢物数量较多,且有利于木脂素和香豆素类、环烯醚萜类、醌类成分的合成;阴干有利于酚酸类成分的保留,烫泡“发汗”则有利于黄酮类成分的保留。通过比较不同加工干燥方法下杜仲的差异代谢物,为探究杜仲药材的品质形成机制及优选其加工方法提供了科学依据。 相似文献

Cell membrane chromatography is an effective method for screening bioactive components acting on specific receptors in complex systems, which maintains the biological activity of the membrane receptors and improves screening efficiency. However, traditional cell membrane chromatography suffers from poor stability, resulting in a limited life span and low reproducibility, greatly limiting the application of this method. To address this problem, cyanuric chloride-decorated silica gel was used for the covalent immobilization of the cell membranes. Cyanuric chloride reacts with amino groups on the cell membranes and membrane receptors to form covalent bonds. In this way, the cell membranes are not easy to fall off. The column life of the cyanuric chloride-decorated epidermal growth factor receptor/cell membrane chromatography column was extended to more than 8 days, whereas the column life of the normal cell membrane chromatography column dropped sharply in the first 3 days. A cyanuric chloride-decorated epidermal growth factor receptor/cell membrane chromatography online HPLC-IT-TOF-MSn system was applied for screening drug leads from Trifolium pratense L. One potential drug lead, formononetin, which acts on the epidermal growth factor receptor, was screened. Our strategy of covalently immobilizing cell membrane receptors also improved the stability of cell membrane chromatography. 相似文献
